Walter received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Millsaps University and a Master of Arts degree in Higher Education and Student Personnel from the University of Mississippi. He received a Doctorate degree in Educational Policy Studies from Georgia State University, where his dissertation focused on the experience of students who serve as student government presidents. In his free time, Walter likes to spend time with his wife, Eloise, and daughter, Ella. He also enjoys hiking and camping and just spending time in the great outdoors.

Letia received her Bachelors of Science degree in Print Journalism and Masters of Science degree in College Student Personnel Services and Administration from the University of Central Arkansas. She is a native of Hope, Arkansas. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, spending time with family and friends as well as shopping. She is thrilled to be apart of the Reinhardt family. Go Eagles!!!

Meagan is a sophomore, Communication Arts and Creative Writing double major. She loves to write and her work has been published in several newspapers and online websites since high school. In addition to her involvement with The Hiltonian, she is also active in many other extracurricular activities at Reinhardt. She is currently the Advertising, Marketing, and Membership leader of Wesley Fellowship and is a member of SIFE. She has also served on the Council of Clubs and Organizations in SGA. Meagan is thrilled to serve as Editor In Chief of The Hiltonian and has high hopes for the newspaper’s future.

This is Calie’s first year as part of the staff. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Sports Administration here at Reinhardt last year. She is also the new Assistant softball coach. Cali played three years of collegiate softball at Reinhardt, after transferring from Darton College. In her free time, Cali enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. She is also a big animal lover and loves watching sports.

Jessica Simmons is a sophomore at RU majoring in Music Education and Political Science. She likes to stay involved on campus by dedicating her time to being the Philanthropy Coordinator, a Reinhardt Captain, and Residential Assistant. She also runs for the Reinhardt cross country team, is a member of Reinhardt's CNAfME chapter, and plays clarinet in the wind ensemble. Academics are very important to Jessica, but in her free time she enjoys going to concerts and exploring new places. After graduation, Jessica hopes to pursue a career as a high school music educator.

Stephen is a junior at Reinhardt. He is currently working on his Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and is working towards admission to graduate studies programs in Higher Education Administration. Stephen has worked for 2 1/2 years as an Intern and Student Worker in the Office of Admission as well as served as the Student Government Chief of Staff, Wesley Fellowship President, and an Orientation Leader. In his free time, Stephen likes to spend time with his friends on campus. He also enjoys listening to country music and rooting for the Reinhardt Eagles!

Teresa Ives is a sophomore, student athlete at Reinhardt University. She is a Fine Art major and is an avid Lacrosse player as well as a senator on the Student Government Association. She likes to be involved with campus life and being able to make a difference for the environment along with creating a better living space for everyone to live in. RU Green is a great opportunity to inform people on the destruction of the planet and how to keep it alive. One person cannot make a huge difference but if an army of people all ban together for one cause, change can happen. |
