The impact of the education gained, the community spirit felt, and the memories made remain strong, even decades later. Dear Reinhardt Classes of 1970, 1971, and 1972,
I hope this letter finds you well and filled with memories of our time at Reinhardt University. As we reflect on our experiences and the paths our lives have taken since our days on campus, I am writing to extend a heartfelt challenge and invitation.
Witnessing Reinhardt’s growth over the years has been both remarkable and nostalgic. The familiar sights of the historic buildings have always stirred up memories. Personally, I have often reminisced about our brief but impactful time at Reinhardt, recalling the laughter and late-night conversations.
In recent conversations with fellow alumni, the news of a dear friend’s passing from the class of 1972 served as a poignant reminder of the fleeting nature of time and the importance of cherishing our shared experiences. This is why I am extending a challenge to you, my classmates: let us come together to support Reinhardt University.
I have pledged a $10,000 matching donation towards student scholarships and now challenge each of you to make a contribution. Together, the classes of 70, 71, and 72 can make a tangible difference in the lives of current students, ensuring that they have the resources and support needed to pursue their dreams.
