Reinhardt University President Mark A. Roberts, Ph.D. spoke to a global audience at the Inspire to Impact Educator Conference in Delhi, India on September 28th His message focused on student success and high-impact practices. The non-profit organization High School Moms (HSM) invited Dr. Roberts to its annual school leaders conference which included students, educators, and stakeholders from Southeast Asia and beyond.

HSM is Asia’s largest high school student, parent, and educator community network. Reinhardt’s HSM representative in India Vandana Kanker remarked via social media, “It was an honor to listen to President Mark Roberts. The key takeaway from Dr. Roberts’ presentation was to never be disheartened by failure as ‘Failures offer opportunity and growth.’ His insights on embracing a growth mindset were truly empowering!”

The conference explored innovative strategies and practices leading to positive changes in young learners. Exchanges of ideas during engaging panel discussions on teaching practices, impactful leadership, and evolving learner needs provided valuable inspiration to attendees.

Arun Rajamani, Managing Director in South Asia for Cambridge University Press and Assessments delivered the keynote address. Dr. Roberts connected with his remarks saying, “He focused on the continued importance of ensuring Indian educators focus their attention on not just academics but equally with instilling values that will positively impact the local and global community. I was able to share with Mr. Rajamani that his vision and hope align perfectly with Reinhardt University’s mission, vision, values, and educational ethos.”
