The Sport Studies Program is designed to develop graduates with a broad cultural perspective of sport, with practical skills suitable for employment in sport-related settings, and with ethical and moral characteristics suitable for assuming leadership roles in contemporary society.
Students pursuing a Sport Studies complete sport studies core classes and required to complete a minor in another academic discipline.

What You’ll Learn at RU
Students pursuing a Sport Studies Degree will receive personalized instruction from faculty with advanced degree and extensive industry experience. Students will learn through hands-on experience including real-world projects, simulations, and internship experiences.
Students graduating with a degree in Sport Studies should be able to:
