How to Apply—International Students
Reinhardt University welcomes students from around the world and we value the presence of international students on campus. International applicants will need a student visa in order to study in the United States. Students who are permanent residents of the U.S. are not considered international applicants.
How to Apply as an International Student
- Create a user account in the online application portal and complete the application as a first time freshman or transfer (whichever applies).
- Submit an electronic copy of the biographical page from your passport (the page with your photo and expiration date).
- Transcripts from outside the United States must be evaluated from an approved transcript evaluation service and contain a course by course evaluation, including high school evaluations.
- All NAIA athletes must utilize InCred for the evaluation service.
- All other students may choose from an approved evaluation service.
- The evaluation must be sent to the Office of Admissions by the evaluation service.
- If transferring from another U.S. college or university, submit final official transcripts from each college attended.
- Submit a copy of your current I-20 and a transfer clearance form from the college you are transferring from to Reinhardt.
- Send All Official/Final Transcripts through these methods (as they apply):
- By Email: Send documents through a professional, approved transcript service such as Parchment or National Clearinghouse to admissions@reinhardt.edu.
- By Mail: Send a sealed, official document to: Reinhardt University Admissions, 7300 Reinhardt Circle, Waleska, GA 30183.
- In Person: Bring a sealed, official transcript to the Office of Admissions during business hours.
- If English is not your native language, and you have not completed more 30 transferrable hours from a U.S based college, you are required to submit an official score report from one of the following English Language Proficiency Exams:
- Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL). A minimum score of 500 (paper), 173 (computer), or 64 (internet-based score).
- Duolingo score of 90 or above.
- International English Language Testing System (IELTS) score of 6 or above.
- Submit a certified bank statement and affidavit of support verifying financial responsibility for tuition, fees, housing and personal expenses for one academic year (totaling $48,775).
- The amount of financial responsibility may be adjusted based on institutional scholarships and documented outside scholarships.
- Bank statements should be translated to English and all funds must be in US dollars.
- Approval of the certified bank statement is determined by a Designated School Official.
- Upon completion of the application process, and admission to the college, Reinhardt will send you the proper documentation needed to apply for a student visa.
NOTE: Applicants who do not meet the minimum requirements for admission will be reviewed by the Admissions Committee.

Fall 2024 Application Date: June 15, 2024
Fall 2024 Application Completion with all documents: July 15, 2024
Spring 2025 Application Date: October 15, 2024
Spring 2025 Application Completion with all documents: November 15, 2024
