Commencement
The commencement ceremony will be conducted at Ken White Athletic Field on the Reinhardt University campus on Friday, May 3rd 2024, at 9:30 AM. The event will take place, RAIN or SHINE! Tickets will not be required for the Commencement Ceremony. We recommend students to bring no more than 10 guests. Graduates may arrive starting at 8:00 AM to prepare for the ceremony.
Commencement Rehearsal – Thursday, May 2, 2024.
The Practice Field at the Ken White Stadium at 3:00 pm.
Students should arrive no later than 2:30 PM at the Ken White Hitting Facility for rehearsal check-in.

Guests Attending Commencement
Commencement is almost here, and we are excited to celebrate our graduates in an in-person ceremony!
Commencement Tickets are not required.
**We recommend that a student does not bring more than 10 guests.
Parking
Reinhardt’s Office of Public Safety and the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office will assist with parking and traffic flow.
Graduating students should park in the Funk Heritage Center and East Hall lots.
Commencement guests may park in any available parking space on campus with exception of designated handicap spaces, fire lanes, and the gym parking lot, which is reserved.
Space is limited, so please encourage carpooling.
Handicapped/Disabled parking
If you or your guest(s) currently have a state-approved handicapped parking pass, you will not need an additional one from Reinhardt University.
If you need any assistance to get to the field for commencement there will be lot attendants in each parking location to assist you in getting a shuttle.
Disability parking is located on One RU Eagles Way, behind Isherwood Field House. (One RU Eagles Way will be restricted to handicapped parking only).
Photography Availability: Each student will have access to at least two images:
- One featuring the president on stage.
- Another showcasing the student in front of the backdrop off-stage.
Image Viewing Period: The images will be accessible for viewing on the photographer’s website from May 10th to June 30th, 2024. (NW GA Stylized Portraits | Lifesong Photography)
Access Information:
- A direct link will be provided on the homepage of the photographer’s website.
- Alternatively, navigate to the store section and under clients, enter the password “RU24“.
Ordering Process:
- Images will be uploaded in the sequence they were captured.
- QR code cards will be distributed, granting direct access to the gallery (password: RU24) after the second picture is taken.
- All orders will be processed through the website, accepting credit cards and PayPal.
- For alternative payment methods or additional products, customers can contact Lifesong Photography directly.
Product Options and Pricing:
- Heirloom-quality, UV-protected prints are priced at $40 each.
- Print options include:
- One 8×10
- Two 5×7 (same pose)
- A sheet of eight wallets (same pose)
- A $10 shipping fee applies to printed products.
- Digital images are priced at $55 for one or $99 for both.

Order Flowers for Your Graduate
All flower orders for the day of commencement can be placed online and will be available on site the day of graduation.
