Academic Transcript Requests
“In accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA), as amended, transcripts are issued only at the formal written request of the student, former student, or alumnus. This requires the signed release of the student using either the electronic request system or the transcript request form.
***Requestors are strongly encouraged to use our secure electronic transcript service by clicking on the link below. Delivery options include mail, express and international shipping, and secure electronic delivery (some delivery options and multiple requests may include additional charges).
Requestors who cannot, or would rather not, use this electronic service are required to submit a signed transcript release form, obtainable from the Office of the Registrar or on our website.

Transcript requests are processed in the order in which they are received. Requests will be processed within 5 business days of receipt, unless the requestor indicates otherwise*. Processing time does not include transit time. Transcripts are not processed on weekends, or on Federal or University holidays. Please consider these time frames as you place your request. We regret that we cannot guarantee same-day processing.

You will need the tracking number that was sent to you in your confirmation email or text.
Please note that electronic transcripts and online payment are only available through the Student Clearinghouse website above. The Reinhardt University Business Office no longer accepts transcript payments by phone.
*Students may request that their transcript be held for grade posting, degree conferral, or both. Transcripts held for grades are generally processed within a week of grades posting at the end of the semester; degree conferral can take up to a month after the end of the term.
