To best serve new student applicants and enhance enrollment in the evolving environment of higher education applications technology, Reinhardt University seeks to develop an artificial intelligence (AI) product for its admissions. The revolutionary tool will significantly raise the number of processed applications, generating increased enrollment and revenue. Additionally, it will efficiently guide prospective students through the admissions journey and ensure timely and informed decisions.

In collaboration with AI experts Mi Amigos, the company would develop the AdmissionsPal tool for Reinhardt at cost, which is approximately $70,000. Following a $10,000 pledge by an alumnus and Reinhard board of trustee member, the University seeks to raise the remaining $60,000 from its friends, alumni, and foundations.

AdmissionsPal can enhance Reinhardt’s reputation of students receiving personalized attention before they step foot on campus. By handling time-consuming tasks such as analyzing transcripts, this new tool will accelerate application processing and provide admissions staff more time to establish roots with applicants and their families. The innovative AI product also will help explore institutional offerings, direct them to information, and increase engagement.Through leveraging the power of AI, Reinhardt can gain a competitive edge and continue to grow.
