Reinhardt University’s adult and online degree programs offer flexible solutions for those turning to higher education in hopes of entering a new career field or boosting their credentials. The Office of Professional Studies and Graduate Admissions (PSGA) partners with various organizations to offer their employees tuition discounts and organizational scholarships. A luncheon held this week showed appreciation for these partners and highlighted new degree and training opportunities.

Ball Ground Chief of Police Jamie Gianfala (RU-2016), supports the partnership and his employees attending Reinhardt’s Public Safety Institute, “I think the partnership is unique. Not only does it allow flexibility in scheduling, because you can still do your everyday job, but also it takes away some of the financial burden. It’s important to match your experience with academic experience to be successful in this kind of field and at an executive level. It makes our employees more knowledgeable, and most departments have educational incentives where you get a salary increase upon completion of a degree.”
