Reinhardt commits itself to the values of being a place where “diverse talents grow together.” On January 4, facult, staff, and students attended diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) workshops led by Dr. MarTeze Hammonds, Chief Diversity Officer of Purdue University at Fort Wayne.
The workshop provided valuable insights and tools to enhance understanding while strengthening the University’s ability to provide a workplace that is welcoming, respectful, and supportive of all individuals.
The engaging, informative, and interactive workshop provided insightful ways to be more considerate and thoughtful with others daily.
