High schools seniors are invited to campus March 18 for the last “Experience Reinhardt” event of the 2016-17 school year.
”Experience Reinhardt event is just that … you get to experience the University,” said Julie Fleming, vice president for enrollment.
“You will have the opportunity to meet students, faculty and staff who will show you how you can thrive at Reinhardt,” she said. “You will be able to connect with the professors of your chosen major during an academic information session, chat with current students and tour our beautiful campus.”
Experience Reinhardt is March 18 from 8:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Check-in begins at the Falany Performing Arts Center 8:45 a.m., lasting for 35 minutes. Also during that time, academic and campus programs will be highlighted in Ken White Atrium at the FPAC.
President Dr. Kina Mallard, along with Fleming and director of admission Lacey Satterfield ’02, then will provide an introduction in Flint Hall. Parents and students will separate for the next sessions, as students will have the opportunity to talk to student Captains about Reinhardt University in the Front Porch Chat. Parents can learn more about majors, minors and graduation as they speak with academic deans.
Students will get their time with the deans to ask their questions about majors, minors and graduation while parents learn more about financial planning and financial aid offerings.
Reinhardt University Captains will take both parents and students on tours of the campus and the day will culminate with lunch at the W. Frank and Evelyn J. Gordy Dining Center.
