A new partnership with High School Moms (HSM) focuses on increasing awareness of Reinhardt University across India and South Asia. HSM is Asia’s largest high school student, parent, and educator community network. Students and parents across the globe gain insight into Reinhardt’s course offerings, campus community, and facilities.
HSM, a non-profit organization, reaches out to 25 million high school students and their parents and maintains connections with 1,500 schools and over 5000 heads of schools and guidance counselors. Its name reflects and honors the pivotal role that mothers in South Asia play in nurturing and guiding their children. HSM provides unwavering dedication and mentoring to students. Its mission is to connect with their ambitions and ensure their success by promoting informed career trajectory decision-making. This includes insights into selective universities in the U.S.
During a recent visit to the Reinhardt campus, HSM Founder and CEO Abhishek Gupta explained, “We partner with legacy institutions who provide high-quality academic education at an affordable price. High School Moms strongly believes in institutions that provide personalized attention and holistic development. I believe an institution is not made of bricks and mortar; it’s made of people. The moment I met President Roberts and the senior leadership team, one thing that came across very strongly was the culture of care that international students need during their journey to find their place in a proactive and progressive society.”
Reinhardt’s welcoming culture hosted students from 27 countries in the most recent academic year. The University added an Indian student association and a Southeast Asian leadership club to foster more opportunities in anticipation of hosting students from other countries.
The University’s role focuses on hosting faculty-led workshops, business case competitions, and other engagements for HSM-affiliated students. This summer, Reinhardt University Cybersecurity Program Coordinator Kelley Roberts hosted a cybersecurity fundamentals workshop, attracting over 400 students from India, Egypt, and Japan. Passing a post-session exam earned attendees a certificate from Reinhardt to boost their college application profile and resume. The University’s future workshops include strategic management and other showcases that promote awareness about the changing landscape of skill sets, careers, and opportunities.
In addition, the partnership will enable Reinhardt to recruit and enroll students represented by HSM. As part of this endeavor’s launch for the fall of 2025 recruitment period, Reinhardt President Mark Roberts, PhD. plans to tour high schools and attend career-focused events in India.
HSM’s popularity thrives on social media. In a recent post, Dr. Roberts commented, “Reinhardt, through its partnership with HSM, will extend its educational reach into Southeast Asia. By doing so, Reinhardt is leaning into its vision to be A University Where Diverse Talents Grow Together!”
