Reinhardt University in Waleska, Ga., offers a beautiful setting that creates a wonderful ambience for your special event. Nestled in the rolling foothills of the North Georgia mountains and an arboretum of 1300 trees and plants, particular care is given to the landscape, the University’s backdrop. We are conveniently located off of I-575 and I-75.

With venues for small parties or meetings to Christmas parties and wedding receptions, Reinhardt offers the following varied exceptional spaces that will fit your meeting needs:

The W. Frank and Evelyn J. Gordy Center

The Fincher Visual Arts Center

Central Art Gallery

The Fincher Visual Arts Center offers a central art gallery that can serve as a lovely venue for a semi-formal luncheon or dinner. Divided into two adjacent spaces, the larger one holds 60 people for a sit down dinner or more for a reception, and the smaller space can be utilized for a serving area.

Thrower Plaza

The Center’s rear terrace boasts a beautiful view of Lake Mullenix and is a wonderful space for a more dressy but casual cookout.

The Hoke O’Kelley Auditorium

The Hoke O’Kelly Auditorium is located in the Burgess Administration Building and can accommodate up to 300 people for a lecture. The room can also be set up for smaller meetings with tables and chairs. The latter arrangement allows plenty of room for break-out space and refreshments. Parties and dances are frequently held in this versatile venue as well.

Hasty Student Life Center Bannister Glasshouse

The Bannister Glasshouse is located on the lower level of The Hasty Student Life Center and is the hub of campus life. This venue features a dramatic two-story wall of windows facing the center of the campus and provides accommodations for activity and meeting space.

Schedule an Event

Need to book a space for an event on campus? Reinhardt University utilizes the Ad Astra Event scheduling system for room/space reservations and event scheduling. This tool allows you to find spaces that meet your needs in spaces across our campus.

This centralized scheduling system is available for students, faculty, and staff. Our comprehensive scheduling system allows you to search for rooms by capacity, layout, or features.

Your request to use the space will need to be confirmed by the space approver for the area. Please submit reservation requests a minimum of 7 days prior to the event date and denote if the event requires security or audiovisual support.

You can navigate to https://www.aaiscloud.com/ReinhardtU and use your Reinhardt credentials to sign in.

Once accessing Astra Schedule, you’ll be able to request, schedule, or approve events depending on your responsibilities. Current faculty and staff can also submit reservation requests via the forms below:

Student and Student Organizations

Students and Student Organizations can submit reservation request via the form below. Student and Student Organization members have a dedicated form and process to use so that the Student Affairs staff will receive their requests for approval prior to going through the Ad Astra reservation process to the space approvers. These individuals evaluate and grant or deny scheduling requests from students and organizations. The Student Affairs staff does not give approval for use of space–this responsibility lies with the Space approver.

Student and Student Organization Event Request

Approving an Event

Space approvers are individuals designated to manage and approve the use of those event spaces assigned to them. When a scheduling request is submitted in Astra Schedule, it is received and evaluated by the space approver(s) for that area. Space approvers will either confirm or deny the use of the space based on the availability of the space requested. Reservation requests are reviewed and processed during normal business hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. (excluding holidays and university breaks).
